Aly Torline

Aly Torline began coaching at HBHS in 2016. She was a three-year varsity starter for the Oilers where she led the team to a CIF Finals
appearance in 2009.

 

She went on to compete at Cal State San Bernardino winning the CCAA three years and advancing to the NCAA Regional Final four times. Torline was a two-time CCAA Scholar Athlete of the Year, AVCA All-American, NCAA Woman of the Year nominee, and finished her career as the all-time leader in points for CSUSB.

 

Aly spent three years coaching at the NCAA collegiate level at Cal State San Marcos and at Wesleyan University in Connecticut where the team won the NESCAC and an NCAA Regional Championship for the first time in program history.

 

She is currently the Varsity Beach Head Coach and Varsity Indoor Assistant Coach at Huntington Beach High School and was recently named to the AVCA 30 under 30 Coaches list.
